Established in 1997, Floor Merchant was built on long-term relationships, reliable service, and the ability to source hard-to-find products for a wide range of projects.
We specialize in supplying flooring and wall-covering materials for multifamily properties, hospitality projects, restaurants, franchises, real estate investment projects, gas stations and C-stores, religious facilities, commercial spaces, and residential projects.
Our team works closely with each customer to understand the specific needs of the project. From product availability and lead times to logistics, dye lots, budget requirements, and pricing negotiations, we gather the information needed to help our customers make confident decisions and keep their projects moving forward.
We understand that our clients manage many moving parts on every job. At Floor Merchant, our role is to help take the burden of flooring and wall-covering sourcing off their plate by providing dependable product knowledge, timely communication, and material solutions that meet the expectations of the project.

With two Houston locations, including a flagship showroom and a clearance warehouse, we offer access to both current product lines and closeout opportunities. Our clearance inventory is available for customers looking for budget-friendly options, while our main focus remains serving trade and commercial customers with professional material sourcing, product knowledge, and responsive support.
